Scope of Work

Develop an e-commerce enabled website with a Content Management System. The website will be composed of pages laid out in the Go Digital plan. The website will mobile responsive and fully optimized for SEO and speed.

Project Steps

1. Onboarding:You will submit the relevant documents and information needed by for administration of your project. Business documents listed in the form are required by the DBJ.
2. Content Development:You will receive a content worksheet specific to your industry where you will work out the necessary content needed for your website. Here, you will also make decisions on the starting point of your website through the layouts we have provided. You will also receive a template which will serve as a guideline on how to structure your product list for import in your e-commerce store (if applicable). Your account manager can be made available to assist with this process.
3. Website Development: Upon receipt of all of your content and products, we will begin development of your website.
4. Launch & Training:Upon completion of the website and approval from you, we will attach your website to your chosen domain name and publish your website on the internet.

Timelines

Upon completion of the content worksheet, you will be given a timeline for completion of your website. Normally timelines are between 10-20 business days.

Assets

Brand identity elements, such as logo and company profile, must be provided by the Client.

Content used to populate the about, products & services, contact pages of the website must be provided in its final form by the Client via the content worksheet. 

Provided materials and content may not infringe on patents, trademarks, and copyrights of another party. Content to be provided in digital format via upload to the provided google drive folder.

Any images or photographs that you (client) supply should be in digital format, usually no smaller than 1024×768 pixels, with a suitable resolution that will allow them to be resized and used on screen.

Copywriting, editorial and website ongoing maintenance services outside of indicated package are not included in this Services Agreement but can be provided as an additional service. Project may only commence upon receipt of all essential materials for the website.

Changes to project scope as defined and understood for the purposes of providing the website development service under the Go Digital package might affect the cost estimates.

Dispatch Digital will provide stock photographs at no additional cost to the Client if requested.

Hosting and Maintenance

Dispatch Digital’s Go Digital Website Development Package includes three (3) months of hosting and maintenance and includes one (1) free domain email address. The client will be notified at the end of their free hosting period and then invoiced for their first payment 30 days after. If the Client does not respond to Dispatch Digital’s notification and neglects to make payment, the client’s website and email services will be taken down until payment is resolved.

Confidentiality

Dispatch Digital adheres to all national and EU data protection, data transfer, data retention, and confidentiality regulations and always stores data sent to us in a secure manner within our security policy. 

Dispatch Digital reserves the right to display your website for business promotional use.

This contract remains in force and need not be renewed.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions:

Dispatch Digital reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Failure to receive notification of a change does not make those changes invalid. These Terms and Conditions will always be available to download or print from our website.

Delays

 Illness, injury, or other events beyond our control will be communicated to the client along with notification of any resulting delays.
